The bottom line: Dunning shows up and shines where it matters most! I bought a 2020 F-150 working with Craig, who was great! No pressure, he let me thoroughly look at the truck, and answered my questions and concerns. They didn’t want to come down on the price and the wait for finance took a long while, which wasn’t what I hoped for. Even though Craig was great, between the wait and not negotiating, it initially felt like a “meh” car buying experience. Then, a couple days later I had an issue with the truck. I was pretty disappointed and frustrated. But had it towed to Dunning and wow; Craig and team showed up! I bought a new 2026 Ram 3500 from Kaden Whaley. Both Dunning and Kaden were really great to work with. I flew in from Southern Minnesota so Kaden made sure everything was squared away and ready to go as soon as I got there. He also offered to send a driver to Columbus to pick us up from the airport. This was the first new vehicle I have bought and was all around a great experience. No one pushed me to purchase anything more than I wanted. I told Kaden what I wanted and that is what he sold me, nothing more. If I wasn't 850 miles away, I would happily be a return customer.
