Dunn's Wrecker Service

This place is absolutely awful. Their address is 4707 Rhyne Ct, Raleigh, NC 27610, United States but the actual entrance and office is on Freedom Drive. When you call the customer representative is rude and unsympathetic. I hate that my car was towed to this place after my accident because I had to be taken away via ambulance. I would never use this service.

so rude! guy in the front yelling at you saying "park in the driveway"....i heard him and he kept screaming I simply wanted to back my car in. even called before and they were also rude over the phone. I don't understand how they still have a business.

Old school service. Pick up the phone on one ring….a knowledgeable person, John. They smile and appreciate your business. Mr Dunn earns your business doesn’t just expect it.

They were amazing. I was wrecked emotionally after losing my vehicle and they were nothing but nice. They worked with us when our insurance was giving us issues and they were just overall amazing. They also put a plastic tape over the open portions of my car that were open to the elements. It was so sweet considering I still had stuff in there that needed to be cleaned out. The clean out process was painless and the guy in charge was an angel. I couldn't have asked for a better company.

My car was towed to Dunn's after my accident. They are very accommodating in allowing me access to my car for my belongings.
