I went there for inspection of my wife's truck after a short wait they got me in and did the inspection this place is family run and the brother and sister had me talking and laughing im great full to god that they weren't that busy I will differently be going there next year

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Mr. Dupree is patient, kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about cars. His sister, the receptionist, is compassionate and caring if you take the time to actually talk to her. I honestly look forward to renewing my inspection bc I've grown so fond of Mr. Dupree and I thoroughly enjoy talking to him and catching up on life with him after he inspects my car and we're waiting for his sister to do the paperwork. I highly recommend Dupree's Garage to anyone who enjoys taking a little extra time to get to know an amazing man.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Drove an hour from Richmond, VA after speaking to the receptionist the day before. I arrived before 8:00 AM just to be told that they were booked out for state inspections. The receptionist had a nonchalant and a “oh well” attitude. Horrible experience. A complete waste of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I came for an inspection. Have to wait in my hot car in an unshaded lot for 2.5 hours at least, only two in in line in front of me. The staff was just sitting around, no inspections were happening. After an hour with no progress, I left. I've come here before, but this is the worst. It's 100F out and my car has no A/C. The sure don't want the business very much, but since they don't do a real inspection ( lights work? You pass ) I suppose it makes sense.
