Norwalk Ct location (3/3/26 phone call) I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at Durango Insurance Company. When we first transferred our bundle insurance over, we did save some money — and that’s the reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, since then, the experience has steadily declined. Customer service has been frustrating. The receptionist who answers the phones has not been welcoming or helpful, and it’s been extremely difficult to get in touch with an actual agent. Messages go unanswered, promised call backs don’t happen, and there seems to be a real lack of follow-through. On top of that, our rates have continued to climb, and when we reached out for clarity or assistance, we didn’t receive the support we expected. Because of this, we decided to return

Someone from this company started an insurance policy without my knowledge. Which means signatures had to be forged. A police report will be filed ASAP and I will pursue legal action. Upon finding more information out. An employee Jacqueline S. took it upon herself to find insurance for me because she knew my insurance was running out. They were unable to make contact with me and decided to just take 3,700 from my escrow and create a policy. I don't understand how they were able to do such a thing. The funny thing is, the policy sucks and I currently have a policy that's way better than the trash they tried to switch it to. Be careful of this place. They are frauds.

I normally don’t write reviews on google, but I just had an amazing experience with Karla! she is super helpful and gives all the information you need right then and there, If you’re having a hard time with anyone from the durango agency at Norwalk, ask for KARLA!!! i’ve been struggling to get any forms from them but she sent them straight away! God bless her!

The good things I have to say about this company and it’s owner is endless. I have never used an insurance company that felt like family. The staff are always polite and friendly. They are genuinely concerned about me as customer and are always looking out for my best interest. The level of attention to detail is impeccable. They are also knowledgeable about different insurances to protect me and my family. I’ve considered myself to be informed when it comes down to insurance but they take their product knowledge to another level. My family uses them for all of their insurance needs as well. Also, Durango Insurance is heavily involved in the communities in which they serve. Coming from corporate, I am big on corporate responsibility and they are always giving back. It would not surprise

Worst insurance company I have ever heard of. The company persons called me on Sunday as well when I was about to start the policy. But when I was about to stop due to excessive high rate I tried called them 7 days, but every day they informed me that they are busy and they will call me back. But didn't do that. Even after stopping I was concerned about the penalty fees that was deducted and called for last 8 days, but till now I have not got any response from their side and all the time they are saying we are busy will get back to you ASAP. A huge harassment for a customer
