I had work done today, on my 22 ram, with a 6.7 cummins. I have to say, i have never had such an experience at any other dealership. I was there for a rather expensive repair, covered under warranty. My service advisor, Travis Williams, was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, and the issue i was having. They gave me zero grief about the repair. No excuses of why it may have been my fault, or any aggravation what so ever. My truck runs perfect now, and in the future, i will continue to make the hour long trip to Dutch Miller Ram in Charleston WV, passing up two other Ram dealerships along the way.
