He gave me and my wife a bottle of water while we waited in the car. The wait wasn't very long. They communicated everything they were doing with me as they did it and even showed me what they were talking about when able. Matched my tire pressure to spec, cleaned my windshield, checked both of my air filters, AND topped off my windshield washer fluid. Very kind and informative bunch. Please dont be afraid to ask questions.They DO NOT push product. Especially if you dont need it. They do proper call-outs to make sure everyone in the garage knows what theyre doing. Very efficient.
Excellent service! Was my first visit and will be my go to from now on! I was greeted with a friendly smile, hello and an ice cold bottled water for everyone in the car. Very fast and efficient. Reasonable prices. Will definitely be going back!!!! Thank you for your job well done!
i will never get my oil changed anywhere else from now on! they were so quick and helpful explaining everything they were doing to my car so no mystery charges were added on. they also give you an itemized receipt with even the free services you received. they ended up upgrading my wipers with a 6 month warranty and gave me 50% off with the oil change and it ended up being less than what i would’ve payed with the cheaper wipers. 10/10 definitely recommend this place and will continue bringing my business here!!
There was a wait time once I was in the bay in my vehicle, but it was a beautiful day, they gave me a water and that didn’t matter. I asked for an oil change. Period. My air filter came out and was presented to me, my windshield wipers were questioned, my differential caps were pulled and shown to me,….what the what?!?!? I don’t like pushy places, and this place was beyond pushy on their sales tactics. For the high price I spent on my oil change - oh, yes, I DID get my way! - I doubt I’ll return. The employees were beyond exceptional to me, though! I’m grateful for that.
Excellent service. These guys don't play around with your money or time. Highly recommend. James and Dillan even jumped my battery that died at the end.
