Amazing service and staff! Rate was lower than most, and they performed a complimentary light check. My headlights pointed downward since I bought my car, and the adjusted them for free. I can see so much better at night now. All three men that helped me were personable and professional. They earned a repeat customer tonight. Great job!!

On a road trip from Charlotte, NC to Ohio, our oil light suddenly lit up like a Christmas tree—cue the panic. Turns out the oil change place back home botched the job and crimped the gasket on the filter, causing all the oil to leak out. (Yes, all of it. 😬) Enter Joe Holland Quick Lube, our unexpected heroes of the day. After a quick call with the VW dealer, we were guided straight to them. And WOW—talk about service. The team diagnosed the problem in no time, flushed the low grade oil we’d just poured in, did a full oil change, and had us back on the road in under 45 minutes. Everyone we met was friendly, knowledgeable, and totally on the ball. They didn’t just fix our car—they saved our vacation. We can't thank them enough for turning a potential disaster into a smooth ride.

Went for the first time today for a change on my 23 rogue and tire rotation. I do think the price is a bit much since it would have been $89.99 + tax for the dealer and I paid close to $125 here. Hence the 4 star, the workers were great though and provided fantastic service. Just would prob stick to the dealership in the future

Went over the winter for an oil change, went to change my car's oil myself now that it's warmer and found they overtightened the oil plug on to the point the edges started to round off the plug. I still have their filter on so I know they were the last to touch the oil plug as I only use the brand I had on.
