I had a warning light pop up on a cross country drive to move for school. Duteau was able to service my car and make the rest of the drive possible. Everyone was great, and a big shoutout Katy the service advisor who helped coordinate and communicate everything. My family and I are very grateful!

Beware prices for services are not all the same. I went to schedule my 60k service it was going to cost $1500. At Baxter in Omaha it cost $719. When I asked DuTeau about it they told me that all service departments can add or remove services. Looking online the service average cost is $709. I am going to Baxter. It’s a lot of money either way.

I only go to Subaru for system updates and recalls. They have overfill my oil 3 times. Had to get towed 1 time because of that. They charge me for tire rotation when I could get them rotated for free when I bought them from Walmart because the original Subaru tires were really hard. The service manager is great but the service techs are terrible at their job in my opinion.

The service department was awesome! Katy explained everything and I would be happy to do business with them in the future!
