So I've been here many times from larger repairs to just some small, paint-less dent repairs and larger accidents with 3 different vehicles over the years with decent communication and turnover. I'm not really picky or needy in general too. The most recent experience last year left a sour note for me. I took in my 24 F-150 Lightning Lariat for a repair and they gave me a rental of a 18 Buick Encore in old-person beige (I'm a 30s male). So my vehicle is a decently-equipped tuck and the rental they gave me was a literal cardboard go kart in comarison. It wouldn't have been too bad if it were a couple days, but it was about two weeks. Everything was scheduled way in advance so I am not sure why they couldn't lend me one of the newer, less go kart-y rentals they seem to have sitting outside th

They’re fantastic. The Customer service provided was truly appreciated. They went the extra mile to make us happy and accommodated our needs by delivering our car out of town and taking the rental car back to the dealer that was greatly appreciated. they also covered the cost of the rental car in excess of our insurance coverage wow!!
