I wish I could give 0 stars, I call this guy for road side assistance. This was the absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic, first off he welded a L clip to the frame of my truck! The biggest NO for any repair work, for him to claim 38yrs of experience, this was a joke. To make matters worse he didn’t even put my drive shaft back together right, so it caused damage to my carrier bearing bushing, my screw broke off on my yoke & the weld didn’t hold 60 miles. Ohh and he never answered the phone again for me, on any of the 3 numbers I had on him. $1300 scam job.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They came to work on my truck but didn’t actually fix anything. Instead, they told me that my truck’s computer was damaged and “burned,” which turned out to be completely false. I later had another mechanic check it, and he confirmed that my computer was perfectly fine — the real issue was with some wiring. It’s clear that the technicians from this company lack proper knowledge and experience when it comes to diagnosing truck problems. I strongly advise other drivers to be cautious and avoid using their services. Based on my experience, they are not reliable or professional, and they wasted both my time and money.

I'll save you some time on shopping around for towering services.. if you in Morristown Tennessee call these guy. They will treat you like a person, not like a sucker...

Purchased a used trailer tire .charge $100 more than quoted over the phone total of $525 tire blew in 20 miles not ever 1 hour they wanted to charge me another $ 300 to come out and replace lt another service call and labor.

Dropped the trailer while installing the tire, had to spend 400$ to replace the leveling valve after that.
