Dyer & Dyer Volvo Cars - Service & Repair Facility

On December 11 2025 I took my 2022 XC60 for a 80k checkup. When I came in I asked service representative Thomas Howell how much approx will it cost. His response was over $2,500. I said to him can we do 2 or more service trips to help me with the cost. I am a 77 year old on fixed income. His response was all or nothing. I signed the work order and in 20 minutes I called my son a dealer finance director in Arizona and he asked to speak with Thomas Howell. Thomas became agitated and said I signed for service and that was final. I could not get my car back until I paid. I went one step further and spoke to Barry Davis service manager who told me a flat out lie. He said he understood and I would get a significant discount. 15% fo 2,600 is not significant. The work was great and I've been informed that more work is needed. I had to wait a few weeks to gather the funds, but they were patient, presenting me with no pressure or complaints. I had my car serviced for the first time at the Dyyer & Dyer Volvo and received phenomenal service. Olaniyi went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth from start to finish. These guys have been great with my car. It is my preferred place to get anything done. A bit pricy, but usually comes with a free car wash.

Update: As of January 29th, I have not heard a thing from the dealer, even after calls and emails. I’m done with dyer and dyer. The salesmen cannot save this dealer with how abysmal the service is. I’m hoping I can get my included maintenance done at another location because I will not be back to dyer and dyer. From having such a great sales experience with Dale, I am shocked at how poor the service was. My vehicle has recently had an issue where the drivers door will not open even when the vehicle is unlocked. It can take anywhere from 30 seconds to over a minute for the door to finally open. I took it into the dealer and they did the bare minimum to do anything. Because they were unable to find a fault code in the computer, they told me, it is normal for the door to not open the first
