Just horrible. My insurance company has 3 extra payments they took from my credit card. I bought a new (used) car on May 15, 2025. I was told my premium would be raised 300$ I went to the insurance ocmpany site, not these people, and found that in fact it went up 300$. I then look at billing and there are 3 extra charges for almost 100$ I call the company. she never introduced herself so dont know her name. At first she was fine and making an effort to find out what the extra charges were for. Then she tells me well its prorated for getting the car and until the full policy payment. Ok. I get that but prorated for 300$/yr extra is uunder 30 $ a month not the 97.62 Safeco insurance took out. In addition the billing details say nothing whatsoever about it being prorated. Instead one line say
