They are always polite, courteous, honest, and timely when it comes to work on your vehicle. Their pricing is extremely competitive, and they perform what you need...and never do something not genuinely necessary. It's difficult these days to find automotive repair and maintenance services you can trust. You can trust Mastertech to do your work with the utmost professionalism and competency. They stand behind their work, and treat each customer as a valued part of their business. Five stars for Mastertech across the board!

I had bought a local flaver for inspection i paid $35, but i forgot i had it and unfortunately i got the inspection somewhere else, i called and talked to the owner if i could just get an oil change instead, he was very rude and refused any service other than inspection, i said I paid $35 and would be happy to make up the difference for a standard oil change, he was getting more agitated , needless to say I'm out $35 , local flaver only refunds within 13 days, so i think for the inspection for $35 im sure he would find you need other repairs too ! Be careful with that company !

Horrible experience! What's the dishonest extortionists they are! I left my vehicle with them for a whole day for inspection to learn at the end of the day that front brakes require brake pads and rotors replacement. Next day I went to my local brake repair shop (Monroe) to do the work and was informed that no need to replace any of that!!! Would not recommend this service for any kind of job. Shame on them.

I was scheduled to get a state and emissions test. When I called on the phone the guy that I spoke to had an attitude and he cut me off as I was talking. When I arrived the guy at the desk looked at me and kept talking to a coworker he didn’t even acknowledge me until someone else did. He then said that I needed my registration and insurance. It was a good thing that I had it in my car because he never mentioned what I need to bring over the phone. When I brought it to his attention that he never mentioned that he made a comment insinuating that I should already know which is rude and unprofessional in my opinion. The customer service could use a lot of improvement for phone calls and in person.
