product features may be good however product quality is very bad. Dcbs always requests updates and frustrates technicians. Now attempted to update and handheld remote died during update process. Called company sat on hold for approximately one hour and they could not resolve. They told me I would have to send unit in, told me they would be sending me a return authorization and shipping info. Still have not received this, it has been over one week. Low quality service, low quality product, DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you have another option(midtronics) use it.

KInda funny how all the five star reviews are all company employees. Go figure...

This must be a scam company. They made these junk machines called Maximus, which are not listed on their website somehow, and they have been junk out of the box. This company has zero support and would have zero stars if I could. Cant call them, and they dont respond to email support.

5 machines broken down, call the company and no answer on any of the lines, voicemail is always full, no help with any of the products.
