I had a good experience with this company, Ryan did a great job. The rate is competitive with what I've paid at other companies.
If I could give zero stars I would! After many attempts to reach the company, I was finally successful and scheduled an appointment. I show up for my appointment and they have no idea who I am. Horrendous customer service! Being a small town business you would think they would be more concerned with reputation. Avoid this business!!
Terrible experience! They never answer their phone. Took three days of calling many times each day before someone answered. I scheduled an appointment and then drove all the way over there from Saint Joe and the shop was closed! No one called to let me know, no sign on the window, nothing. Then I tried driving out there the next day, the shop is closed again. I finally get a hold of them three days later and they tell me they were on vacation. No way to run a business!
Great experience called and scheduled with an appointment. Quoted with the price I was charged. Waited in waiting area with a baby. Very friendly and local made very convenient
