Somehow my tow bill went from $175 to $380 in less than 24 hours.. after i had asked point blank in their office if it would cost me $175 if i came the next day and they told me "yes $175 as long as you pick it up tomorrow".. the daily storage cost somehow went from $50 to $75/day and charged me for 2 days.. in less than 24 hours and added a "gate fee". Would not recommend this business to anyone

My experience isnt related to mechanical problems that received service but my truck broke down as my kid was trying to help me move, they freaked cuz they couldnt get off the road so they took off to get help n when they returned it was gone. After i found which towing agency picked it up n called Kraklau's, I explained why it was left behind n that my kid was unaware of the towing assit ins covered. In short its been a rough unforgiving start of a yr, the owner worked w me including excepting my coverage for the tow bill n fees, having to lebd me tools, multiple failed plans(ppl backing out on me), im very greatful they were called n [oddly] impounded my truck. I was confident that my stuff was safe unlike some areas. Those boys r of the old skl generosity era 4 sure wish there was more

Terrible! I picked up a vehicle that was towed here last night. The guy that came to the office so I could pay told me a different price than the person on the phone had told me, then got very rude and loud when I asked about it! Seemed unapologetic about taking advantage of a customer who had no choice in where the vehicle was towed and I was just picking it up for a friend! The guy started yelling, said he was doing me a favor by only charging 1 nights storage instead of 2 nights because it had been there on 2 different dates...the vehicle was there about 10 1/2 hours total, from about 11pm on 8/17/17 until I picked it up at 9:30 on 8/19/17. They were fairly reasonable the first couple times. However, when I had a fuel pump replaced for my 2001 Chevy Cavalier, I was surprised to find they had charged me for TWO fuel pumps & modules (listed on reciept as a quantity of 2 fuel pumps with a part(s) cost total of $301). (A new fuel pump & module costs about $145). Labor was about $220, and towing was another $110, for a total of $650 with tax. And when I questioned the owner Orville Yerington about the extra fuel pump & module, and why he hadn't given me an estimate, he became belligerent and promptly hung up. Upon further inspection of my car, I also noticed my left front turning signal housing cover had been shattered. Unfortunately, I had already paid for it, so there was little I could do about it at that point. My suggestion:
