Doug is extremely rude. I brought my truck in for some minor dent repair. What a mistake! Work was extremely shoddy. Where repairs were made it was easily visible, paint looked like it was put on with a roller. Doug then proceeded to tell me “they all come from the factory like that” , , then why did the paint not look like the rest of truck? My truck looked better when I brought it in. Isn’t the whole idea of having body work done is to look like your vehicle was undamaged? Body line almost invisible, sanded through the edge of fender where no repair was needed. I cannot believe they found this acceptable to hand over to customer. I spoke with Greg and it was refreshing to speak with a very knowledgeable person whom was extremely helpful. I look forward to doing much more business with this company, especially if all of their employees are as helpful as Greg!
