Not to be trusted. Live in VA and bought from Mohammad at EZ Auto. He decided to charge me $900 to drive the car down himself instead of shipping. During the drive, he severely damaged the hood by negligently forgetting to secure the hood latch before leaving. This was at the end of December 2024. He has since refused at every turn to have the hood fixed appropriately. He tried sending me a ‘new’ hood that was twice as damaged as the currently damaged hood. He has tried telling me to drive all the way from VA to Boston to have the car repaired there, while not offering any kind of compensation for missed work, travel expenses, etc. He has tried sending me to a shop 2.5 hours away that he swears will do the repair for cheaper than the estimates I’ve found in town. One oversight/issue with the back brakes needing to be done but so far everything has been addressed and resolved and taken care of quickly. Sold my father an 09 grand Cherokee and the sale went great, he was nice and fixed a few things for us to get the sale. It was about 2 weeks later we realized the car was junk. The alternator went and was left stranded on the side of the road for about an hour and when we called to get it fixed he didn’t want to help because is a used car and there’s nothing he can do. Now it’s been problem after problem and the car has sat with a mechanic more than it’s been driven since we bought it. I Will never buy a car from here again. Nothing but a loss of money
