Excellent staff at Eagle Auto! Professional and friendly. Roberto helped with assisting in setting up my NYS inspection. He took the time to help me schedule it with my crazy work schedule. While my car was being serviced the remaining office staff engaged in friendly conversation. Very welcoming and family oriented atmosphere. Very pleased with this business and its staff.

I brought my Yukon in for an oil change with a tire rotation & the shop did an awesome job. I was in & out within an hour. The service manager was friendly & professional in answering all of my questions. My favorite part though was the renovated office & popcorn machine.

Great place awesome staff! Very helpful and understanding. If you have any car needs this is the place. Car repairs are very reasonable. Buying a car very seamless.

Worst experience with this company. They had possession of my camper and while it was in their possession, someone had messed with the locks on 2 of the doors. I tried to talk to Sara and she wanted to be snappy & short and said its impossible that anyone touched my camper. The locks were functional and had no issues when it was picked up by Eagle Auto, I was reassured many times that there would be no issue. On Saturday when I went to pick up my equipment the locks on the doors were tampered with and the key would no longer go into the door. I was promptly hung up on and can no longer talk to anyone at Eagle Auto.
