Terrible experience with this towing company. They damaged my brand new car during the tow and then refused to take responsibility for it. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I do not recommend them to anyone

Rude and crappy service. I called and some rude whiny guy answers the phone. I had desperately wanted to get my car because I know their money scheme . Unfortunately I had to come in the next day to be charged TWO DAYS worth, my car had been there for less than 24 hours. I wish I had gotten to see this jerk who answered but I came in to see a slightly better older woman. I’m giving your company money, unwillingly mind you, and you’re answering my questions all whiny? Grow up. 400 wasted.

Great towing company, and Big Thanks for not damaging my bumper after losing a wheel. Great pricing for dropping it off to my mechanic and very fast response from the initial call.

I needed my car towed today and got the most helpful service!! They were really accommodating, friendly, and very flexible. Frank was amazing - he came by and figured out how to magically start up my car so I could drive it to my mechanic to get the starter fixed. I highly recommend the company and Frank as he saved my day today!

Anthony, the service person at uhaul was a pleasure to deal with. He helped me ( a petite mother of three) hook up a trailer and explained everything I needed to know and made me feel at ease. The equipment looked like it was well kept and did the job. I was impressed with the service and professionalism of Anthony upon my return. He asked me how everything went and seemed genuinely concerned. I told him all went well and it was a pleasure dealing with him for he made me feel very comfortable unlike other garage guys. I would definitely use this u haul location again. Bravo Anthony and thank you for your kind words and again, your professionalism.
