MAHIMA what's above and beyond? Very professional the same time friendly and warm person with lovely smile on her face I am very happy with her service and help. We need more people like her. Definitely going back there whatever. I need do something ion my trunk.

Brought my truck in for a repair under warranty. Service center was professional and flexible. They were able to provide a loaner vehicle which was greatly appreciated! Mahima was helpful, professional, and kind. They have a texting system which was great when I had asked them to send photos of a specific item.

Parts needs to step up. Guy at the desk has no idea whats going on and has no personality. Parts never called me to tell me my order was ready to pick up-- I had to call in to confirm days later. When I got there I had to wait for them to get it from the warehouse over 20min later.

I called Eagle Auto and the service man Steven helped me out huge. My wife and I were headed back to SC and he got us in and back on the road the next day. Thanks to the mechanics also that made it possible. It’s nice to see that customer service is still alive.

I recently had an oil leak in my 22 Silverado due poor work done by another Chevy dealer. Eagle fixed everything without issue, explained clearly what the issue was and I had my truck back in 3 days. It was 2 weeks when the other dealer worked on it. Stephen took great of me and my vehicle I would recommend them for any services needed.
