Eagle River Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I noticed this is the third time now I have left a review and it keeps getting removed. That should say something. Do not do not do not go here for service. Or any rust proofing and ceramic coating. They are absolutely terrible. And do a half ass job. And don’t know anything about vehicles. Contacted over a month ago about my concerns. Still haven’t heard back.

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALER! There could not be a worse to buy a car or truck from. The salesman was great, ( John, needs to find an better place to work) The office and support staff was absolutely terrible, Tried 8 times to get us to use their financing even stated several times they get paid from their lenders 1% off loan over the term. We explained 8 times we did not want or need their help in that matter. Took them 0ver a week to release the truck as they did not want to work with USAA, even though we wired $16,000 that day for our down payment, the confirmation from USAA that they were wiring the funds was also not good enough. If they were the only Ram dealer in Wi I would drive out of state. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALER!

The Service Department at Eagle River Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is OK for oil changes, tire rotation or very basic work. This is why I am giving them the One Star. However, more elevated maintenance, troubleshooting and resolution of issues is beyond the skill set of their mechanics. Do NOT allow them to talk you into performing maintenance work on your vehicle. I made that mistake and what followed was six weeks of misdiagnosis of the issue, disagreement among multiple mechanics over what the issue was and how to fix it, all because the mechanic who did the initial work did not know what he was doing. Numerous parts had to be ordered every time a mechanic changed their mind on the issue. In the end, all of their mechanics were wrong. During the whole time, I could not drive me vehicle and

I had an engine light blinking on my 2021 JEEP Gladiator truck. I took it to the Jeep dealer in Eagle River, Wi. I do not recommend this dealership at all. It was minutes before anyone addressed me. When I explained that I needed to know why my engine light was blinking, I was told it was going to cost me $75 for a half-hour of service to run the codes. I was asked to sign an agreement to pay for them to run the codes. After a few minutes, the guy returned to tell me that it was going to be a very expensive fix. I asked how much and he said, "very expensive". I then told him that I had no idea how much he considers expensive and asked for an amount. I was told that it would be over $3000. He then said that he wasn't going to charge me the $75 because they don't like charging that

Long story, but here are the details. Bought a used truck from their lot. I paid $45k cash. Engine light came on the next day. They chose to diagnose it without even putting it on a scan tool, claiming it was on when I test drove it. Turned out to be a sensor/ filter in the crankshaft area (sorry for lack of details). Shortly after, the left rear axle seal started leaking. Replaced the seal and noticed the differential was shot. Had to replace all the internals. Went weeks without my new truck! Didn't replace the brakes (after I requested immediately after I saw the leak) and they started squeeking. Exhaust started rattling right after I got it back.
