Ive been here a few times and dealt with mediocre customer service and just put up with it but yesterdays visit was the final straw. The manager (an old black woman) seemed very dismissive. She was on the phone with someone while I was explaining what I wanted. I told her I could wait until she got off the phone but she insisted on me telling her while she stayed on the phone. She gave me a price. Okay, cool. Then, at the end of service she gave me a new price which was over $50 the initial price she told me. I told her I had no issue with the new price but reminded her that the new price was never mentioned and she rudely tried going back and forth with me and just wanted to have the last word literally ended the conversation by saying “I know what i said” I don’t think she was even fully

Sybil, Ray and Brian are amazing!! I bring all 3 of my cars to this location for my oil changes, brake pads, emissions and minor vehicle maintenance. They are professional, friendly and thorough!! I definitely recommend having your car serviced here!!

PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR AT THIS LOCATION! I am completely changing my review. I will never return to this car care location for an oil change in the future. I went there for an oil change and asked the employee how much an all change was and he told me $89,99. They post Valvoline all over the oil change area, but will not take any Valvoline coupons above $10. Now, I normally know that my car takes an extra quart of oil and typically the dealer charges me about six dollars for the extra quart. This location charged me $18 for additional quart of oil in addition to $89 for the full synthetic oil change and a miscellaneous parts charge of $19.99. This is totally unacceptable. That’s what I get for not paying attention but they don’t have to worry about me returning. Highwa

Great experience! Bryan was extremely helpful and fast when providing service. He event showed me a few things to keep an eye on. The lovely lady at the first desk was just as kind and helpful. I will make this my regular spot for oil change and car wash

Every time I come into this location I have excellent service! Thanking me in and out. And I love the car wash that comes along with the oil change. The receptionist is always helpful and kind.
