Purchased a Bronco Sport at this dealership. Our Sales Rep was Ana Ramirez and it was such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend her and would definitely purchase another vehicle from Ana.
What a joke. I went in only because I live close. I told them what part I need and they gave me a price. I politely told them that their competitor is $100 cheaper and see if they can come close to that price. Some older guy who wasn’t even helping me laughed, so I just went to San Tan Ford to get the part I need much cheaper. I guess it’s funny losing business
The guys in the parts department are patient with a non-mechanic like myself. They got me what I needed and even remembered me when I came back to pick it up...rather surprising.
