East Coast Eddies of Medford

Eddie and his crew did an amazing job repairing my car. The work was top-notch, and they were extremely informative and patient with every question I had throughout the process. Great service, great communication, and great results. I will definitely be going back again!

This shop deserves 6 stars for its excellent repair work and great customer service. Unlike other shops I have used in the past East Coast Eddies will not exacerbate any problems they find. Instead they give you an honest evaluation and resolve the issues with cost in mind. I have recommended this shop to dozens of people and each time they have called to thank me for sending them to Ed. Repair shop visits are like dentist appointments but when the need arises, definitely trust East Coast Eddies.

Outstanding customer service. We were leaving for a trip and 2 tires had a nail. On new years eve they had the tires on our car and we are on our way. Quality products coupled with an amazing staff let us know we made the right decision. All our automotive needs will be handled by East Coast Eddies from now on. We recommend them without hesitation.

I found out about East Coast eddies from the reviews. I was looking to find Somebody local, my mechanic that I was going to for years retired. I gave it a shot, And I have to say I would recommend them highly. Bill was very nice and answered any questions I had to ask.

Awesome customer service, I don’t live in the area and let them know so they finished my repair quickly within 24 hours, helpful choice of repairs and good communication with updates
