I was searching Groupon for an oil change deal since the place I used to go to was taken over by Valvoline, and their prices are insane. I stumbled upon Trilogy and took a leap of faith, despite having very bad experiences with mechanics over the years. The glowing reviews definitely helped and they are located very close to my home. I called in a few days prior to ask if I could come in on Saturday and they were polite and said absolutely. The day of I called and said I had to run late due to a client running late, and they said it wasn't a problem. When I got there I was immediately greeted and offered a TV to watch and a couch to relax on. They took my car in immediately and within 15-20 minutes were done. No gimmicks or hassles or trying to upsell me something I didn't need like so man
