The service was seamless and quick. Kelvin was amazing. He got to my car quick, communicated professionally and efficiently. He was very careful and respectful of my car while towing it to the shop. I was so appreciative after working 12 hour shifts myself and having my car die. Definitely recommend!

I ran off a slight downhill after the heavy snow last night. Nothing I tried worked. Despite East Coast being pretty busy, they were there in less than an hour. Jonathan was awesome!! His talking helped me relax. He talked me through the process and was done in 10 minutes.

He was efficient and professional, getting my car loaded and securely strapped with no issues. My vehicle arrived safely at its destination, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Dustin was amazing! When I say he understood the assignment!!! He was quick friendly and efficient! I’m so glad I called and was able to get the great service I deserved. I waited almost 2 hours in the cold with my family for AAA to disappoint and say they couldn’t help me. But Dustin was there in less than 30 minutes and ready to get the ball rolling! East Coast towing service was exactly what I needed. From the very first call everyone was friendly and prompt and got me home a lot sooner than anyone else would’ve.
