All these guys are so nice, respectful and very knowledgeable. Went today for 5,000 mile maintenance. James, with a beautiful smile, greeted me and proceeded to take care of my car. Jeremy, the owner, also talked with me a few minutes. He is a super nice, well raised, Southern Gentleman! Can’t say enough positive things about Walton’s Family Auto Service! ……………and I am not related to any if them but would be proud to be!

We’ve been using Walton’s Family Auto Service since we moved to NC in 2020, and we have been very pleased with the service they have provided. I recently took my 2010 truck to the shop because of a Service Engine Soon Warning light. When I picked my truck up, the was no warning light and the truck was running smoothly. That is, until I got about 2/3 of the way home. The Service Engine Soon Warning light, and a few others, came on and my truck coasted to a stop along the side of the road. I called the shop and within 20 minutes, two mechanics were at my truck diagnosing the problem. It turned out that the truck had another sensor failure (throttle position), unrelated to the previous sensor failure or the repairs to that sensor. My mechanic fir the past 18 years retired. I had to find a new one soon after. I asked family for suggestions. Walton's was the answer from many. Took it in....got a great estimate(had several that were much higher). Scheduled return for repairs. Quick courteous service...in and out within an hour. I will be returning!!
