Transparency Auto Glass is the absolute best place, without question, to get your vehicle windows repaired or replaced. In a string of recent car break-ins in Cary, my 2015 Lexus GS was broken into. One window was shattered and another was severely cracked, which led me on a search to get my windows replaced. At first, I went to a well-known nationwide brand. Long story short, that company brought the wrong window, tripled the price on me without notice, and wouldn’t schedule me. I decided that I needed to find a different company. After a good amount of searching, I found Transparency Auto Glass. Great place, from the walk in the receptionist is very friendly/ helpful. Repaired my windshield (front) Friday and was done that same day. A feb recalibrate code appeared later at night, just one phone call, and they got me in minutes the following day everything fixed. Very smooth process. I highly recommend these guys, they are curtious and professional.

The better auto glass shop you've been looking for! Had my second experience with Transparency Auto Glass it was everything I needed. After making a claim, their front office quickly called me offering appointment times. I dropped off car in the morning, picked up mid afternoon. Pleasant, quick and easy. Great folks to work with.
