I wouldn’t recommend this dog wash. The place seemed convenient, but it turned out to be overpriced and poorly maintained. There were no visible prices listed, and we ended up spending $10, which felt like a lot for what we got. The water was supposed to be warm, but it came out cold—an issue especially frustrating during a Wisconsin winter. To make things worse, the dryer only blew cold air, which left our dog shivering. Overall, a disappointing experience that didn’t live up to expectations. Save your money and look for a better option.

Used the dog wash. Wish it would only countdown when you are using the water spray or air dryer. We brought our own shampoo, so wetted down puppy for 2 min but then it kept counting down while we were lathering up. $10 for 10 minutes, so it only ended up costing $20 for the whole bath experience. Water also was on the colder side of lukewarm. Dryer only was blowing cold air so we just used our own towels.

Who ever owns/ runs this place needs to fix their s#+%!! Waste of money! One self service bay controls froze when i put $5 in, the other bay the brush hose was broke and the triple shine applicator was missing the trigger! The floors of the bays were covered in mud and debris! Absolutly the poorest excuse for a car wash!!! IF ITS BROKE, FIX IT SO PEOPLE DONT LOSE THEIR MONEY!!!

The dog wash was okay. It cost $10 just to start it. The dryer only had one speed and my dog didn't like the dryer.

Never again...What a waste. Put 2x2.50 dollars in middle bay...timer never actuated. Had to use other bay .Timer for additional QTRS/time sounded...then stopped/cut-off by time I could get to timer...another 2.50. Vacs are useless...no suction. None of the Towel/Window cleaner/Armor All dispensers worked...lost another 3.00. = 15.00 wasted for one 2.50 wash...what a trainwreck
