I strongly recommend that you call and ask as many questions as possible before taking the time to drive to this dealership. I found a car on auto-trader that was on the ETMC lot. I asked someone to contact me. I received a phone call within 5 minutes. I asked for a little more information about the car. "The outside is immaculate", was the response I got back. So, I asked what about the inside of the car, I was told, "10 out of 10." I then discussed driving to the dealership to look at the car and talked about paying for the car in cash. That is when the person on the phone told me that the speedometer did not work. Called about a 2011 King Ranch on this guys lot. He was very helpful and nice in the beginning. We chatted for about an hour and was filling out a credit application online. I called him and asked for him to show me the car fax on said truck because it wouldn’t pull up on that particular truck before I sent the application in. It would however pull up on every other vehicle on the lot. That was at 9:30am. After that, not another line of communication was sent to me. I called several times as well as texted. I decided to do some digging and found the car fax. Not through him but through another avenue. Turns out the odometer has been rolled back over 100,000 miles on this truck. He stopped calling and reaching out because he knew this. He may not have done it himself, but he knows about it

bought a 2018 elantra sport from them drove 9+ hours to meet them in dallas paid for a trailer from them to have it trailered we pull up to the meet up spot guess what they drove it windshield wiper destroyed the windshield i said screw it ill replace the windshield no biggie 16k miles later and a whole year later the motor has been ripped out because it blew up and had a slipping transmission so yea what a delightful experience

When I first contacted him, he was helpful at first but, then when he had trouble getting me approved he stopped contacting me. After a week passed when I got some more help he said these exact words,” I didn’t help you as much as I could last time let me get in contact with my other lender.” Well I called 4 times and day for 4 days with him sending my calls to voicemail! finally after those 4 days my co signer called and said that he said he was out of town buying cars but there hasn’t been any new cars on the lot. I’d go anywhere Lee but here in my opinion.

We drove about 2 hours to see a car. We waited around 5/10 mins to look the car because some one was in the car to get the lunch. We liked the car. We were ready to buy. Then all of the sudden we were told they cannot sell the car. The reason was, some one already promised to buy and already made a deposit. They offered us the other random car in a discounted price. They could have called us and let us know the car is not available for sale. When I booked an appointment, I told them to give me a call incase someone purchased the car so I do not have to spend my time. They did not. The manager or owner who has to make a final decision was hiding the entire time( It is not a big lot, the office may have 2/3 rooms). Should could have come and explained the situation better.
