I have to say this has been the best car dealership service received to date! Coming from a Mercedes Benz and switching over to Jeep has been my best move yet. Gas is better, still a Smooth ride, and has everything I need for my family. I love it. I want to truly Thank and Shoutout MATT DIAMOND & SHAWN CAMERON from East Jeep! These two are a bomb collab! Recently purchased my new Dodge Durango 2025 and had the best experience with Demetry at Dodge Dealer in Boston Rd. He was very good to me and my overall experience was very positive. I felt like my total deal from start to finish was about 2 hours start to finish. I purchased and also leased vehicles for many years before and in the past the time I’ve spent in the dealer was very exhausting. This time around it was just a breeze. Lamar was also on point making sure we were happy and that the financing part went smoothly. We appreciate the vibe and presence that the dealer has, you can also tell the other sales associates are team players as well. Overall it was good and I can’t wait to get an upgrade in several years with them again.
Where do we begin! Matt Diamond was nothing but accommodating to us on the purchase of our Jeep Wagoneer! He was attentive the entire process, kept us informed and went above and beyond to keep us (and our kids!) happy during the day while we got everything processed. This vehicle is pristine and the vehicle price, associated purchase fees and available warranty options were communicated to us in a consistent way (unlike other dealers we had dealt with in the past few months!). He gave great tips for buying a Jeep and recommendations for maintenance. I just bought my second Jeep Wrangler from Jimmy, and at this point I’m pretty sure he’s legally obligated to invite me to dealership family dinners. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, easy, and actually fun (yes, fun — at a car dealership!). Buyers beware! These folks are everything people hate about used car sales. Two friendly employees, one named Jeanette, called us a total of four times in 24 hrs to make sure we kept our appointment. Their job is to sweet talk you. But they have no communication with sales or management. We told them we were coming to see and purchase a specific car. They pre-approved us for a loan and told us the car was being prepped for our arrival. We thought we were in good hands. Next morning, we drove from the Jersey shore to the Bronx 120+ miles.
