Broke down early Saturday afternoon in their yard broke leaf spring on my RV trailer. They bent over backwards to get it fixed for me on Monday through the fact that everything was closed Saturday I like to thank them very much for all the hard work.

We lost a tire on our teardrop camper 30 miles east of Gillette, WY. AAA came to the rescue, but where should we take it for repair and another tire? Turns out the AAA tech guy used to work at Eastside Auto & RV and recommended them highly, that they were honest and would do a great job and wouldn't try to gouge us for more. He was right on all counts. We were pleased with the outcome. Their tech recommended where to get a torque wrench & deep well socket, so we could check the lug nuts daily, and even where to get a new spare wheel & tire (they used the existing spare on the camper, once they had put new lug nut studs on the rim, which they were able to reuse.) Great job, Eastside, at an affordable price, yet!

The parts department actually had a person that doesn't work there call me to troubleshoot a problem to make sure I wasn't buying parts I didn't need. That is the kind of people I like in my town. Very much appreciated!

I’m very impressed with the service I received!! My grandpa’s A/C went out and he needed a replacement. He’d been to Eastside Motors & Rv’s previously and knew he wanted to check with them first for a replacement. I had quite a bit of communication over the phone with Susie, who was so sweet and understanding. She showed concern for my grandpa’s health in the summer heat and gave him a deal for the A/C replacement. When I dropped by to pick it up, the gentleman there helped me carry it to my car and was very kind, also. Susie even checked in days later to make sure my grandpa was happy with the replacement. An interaction like this is why my grandpa swears on taking his business here.

My family got stranded in Gillette because of a couple bent axles. Called Eastside that night left a message and got on their website to ask if they could help. I got a confirmation email in the morning prior to opening and a phone call while I was on their property asking if I had been helped. Amazing customer service. When we arrived I spoke with a nice lady in the office who politely told me that they could not fix my issue but directed me to a couple businesses that could. She sent me on my way with a lanyard and key chain and let me know they could help me with anything else if needed. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and were quick to get me back on the road. Great people, and a great business. I can't comment on any service provided because none was but either
