Eastside RV Service & Storage

We are storing our camper with Eastside RV. We are quite satisfied with all services we have had there. April manages the office with professional skills and a great personality. Anthony and Darrell did a full inspection and performed repairs and several maintenance tasks on the camper. Their work was excellent. We drove the camper to Oregon and back with absolutely no problems. All services at Eastside RV have been very reasonably priced.

Update: manager never responded and I have taken my business elsewhere. I have had great experiences here in the past. Keyword, “in the past.” Unfortunately, the main technician Anthony has since taken his skills elsewhere, and so has their fabulous receptionist. Now, the quality of work is questionable and it’s hard to get in for service, which I suspect is because they need to hire more people. I know it is challenging to hire people, especially technicians, but if they don’t do so, they might lose the business. It’s just not what it used to be. I have an email out to them to address some concerns I have with the work done on our unit most recently. We're from Michigan. Had a blowout on our way to the campground, at Hocking Hills, on our travel traveler. Ross came and fixed our water heater and sealed up the floor where it was ripped up. He provided great service. We appreciate everything he did for us. Thank you so much.

We had Eastside service a claim for us for a blown tire. The blowout caused damage to electrical wiring throughout part of the camper. We also had them do some other maintenance (bump out service, tire service, bad fuse). Their service was great, and we will definitely use them again.
