I worked with Deena at the Bristol location!! Best experience I’ve ever had!! Customer service was 100/100. She was so patient and made sure she answered all the questions and concerns I had. Please if you are thinking about purchasing a car see Deena you will not be disappointed!! Update!! I wrote this review while I was at the location because I was very pleased with the customer service that was provided so what I’m about to say next is the aftermath. I drove my car home which is about 5 mins down the road from the Bristol location - easy auto. I looked at my dashboard and said something isn’t right because I know they told me the mileage to provide to my insurance. Well the mileage Deena provided me was 6,000 off. So the car I just purchased had 6000 miles more than what was told to m

I bought a f150 from them they said they would honor the price I saw online but they charged me 2000 more plus tax and dealer fees when I asked them about it they said they would change it but they didn’t. I bought the truck and here we are three months later my temp tag is three weeks overdue and I still haven’t got my plates.The piece of card board they gave me for a temp tag got wet a few times and flew off while driving on the road. Besides that the truck is great. I just probably won’t buy from them again
