I WANT TO APPRECIATE PONCE'S AUTO CARE! THEY REALLY TOOK CARE OF ME WHEN OTHER SHOPS TURNED ME DOWN AT THE LAST MINUTE WHEN THEY ABOUT TO CLOSE... I REALLY THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GET STUCK DOWN THERE AND IM NOT FROM AROUND THERE. I HAD A FLAT AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME WITH REASONABLE PRICE. NOW THATS THE PLACE FOR ME TO GO TOOO. EVEN THOUGH IM LATE FOR POSTED BUT AT LEAST I STILL POST DAYS LATER 😀🤟!!!!
Looked at my car and told me the parts I needed, and then (once I got them) fixed it the day-of. Very expedient and helpful! Thanks, Franklin!

After calling 3 places around Bristol, I wanna thank Ponce’s for being the first one for answering my call and being able to put me in as a walk in for a oil leak check up. I wasn’t even there for 45 minutes. I was able to explain a little of what’s happening but as soon as I did explain the problem they were able to fix it and even show me were the car was leaking from. I would recommend Ponce’s to anyone looking for a good mechanic, this spot showed a great response to my problem and handle it very well. Thank you
