Before I even dropped off my vehicle I made sure to ask multiple times if everything thing would be covered by the warranty I purchased from them.I was assured my car would be covered under warranty. Once I dropped the car off I was informed it might not be and they were going to check. I was very clear I didn't want my vehicle looked at if it wasn't going to be covered as I already knew what the issue was and I was told it would be covered. I was very annoyed that a short time later I was called back and told they charged me $190 just to tell me what I already knew and that it would not be covered. I attempted to reach out to the dealer to get the issue resolved but manger Brian was impling that I was trying to get something for free. I reiterated to the manager Brian that I was very clea

Just a snippet. I've taught customer service for a number of top 100 companies in the US so I don't write this lightly. A simple vehicle purchase pick up has turned into an 8 month wait and still going. Very low communication, very low prioritizing, and extremely low accountability. Continuous lack of knowledge about their own service and deadlines. Missed dates and as I said, this is going on 8 months...a lack of urgency and customer service. 8 months.... well finally picked it up today.

Had a trip out of town planned for the next day. Oil change time. When I called the main dealership for service they were packed for a few weeks. But they were able to get another one of their dealerships in town, to take care of us next day! You guys are a lifesaver!

Hello, There was poor communication from the service department. The sales representative was not fully transparent with all the issues of the vehicle. I’ve had better experiences from Facebook marketplace. Thank you
