We had a great experience with Eau Claire CDJP! Eliese was amazing to work with! When my husband had a concern about the truck we were looking at she got a manager involved right away and they took it over to service to get it checked out immediately. They were able to give us a great trade in value on our SUV and the numbers on the truck came in even lower than where we hoped to be! Overall, we have nothing but positive things to say, and will definitely be back if we're ever in the market for another vehicle!

The wife and I purchased a 2017 ram 1500 a little over 2 months ago. Purchased the warranty they recommended we get for the vehicle. Within 5000 miles it popped a check engine light. With the understanding that with common customer service they would either A.) take care of it or B.) get the warranty company that we paid to cover it. We were told that we were going to be getting a loaner. We didn’t get a loaner, well drove an hour one way to get the vehicle taken care of. We were expecting professionalism. They never called to give us an update as requested. But instead they sent a text trying to get $200 authorized on a repair that should have been taken care of either on their end or warranty end. I called and asked what it was about and was told that the warranty company will not cover
