I had a great experience at Ebenezer tire on Poinsett, and wanted to share here. I know there are a lot of options in the area, but I'd definitely recommend Ebenezer from my experience. They were quick, honest, kind, helpful, and good communicators. There's no office to sit in but they were so quick; I didn't mind waiting on a chair outside.

Awesome customer service!!!! I arrived for my 9am appointment for tires at 8:50am and was on my way by 9:20am. I have NEVER experienced that level of respect for a customer's time. Very reasonable prices. Knowledgeable. Not pushy. I will definitely use again.

I can’t say enough good things about Ebenezer Tire Service! I had a nail in my tire and after being turned away by Discount Tire, NTB, and Tire Kingdom — all of whom insisted I needed to replace the tire — Ebenezer took care of it right away. The owner was incredibly nice, professional, and honest. He had me in and out in under 15 minutes with the tire patched perfectly. I know my tires, and they still have about 10-12k miles left before they need replacing. The nail was in the tread, totally repairable, and even Discount Tire admitted it was patchable but refused due to their policy. Ebenezer did what was needed — no upselling, just great service. I’ll definitely be coming back here when I do need new tires and I’ll be sending my friends. 5 stars all day!
