Eclipse Car Wash

Fast and courteous customer service. Great exterior wash - does an excellent job with bugs, road grime, and road salt! They provided Dr Joe drying towels. My vehicle has paint protection film and new wheels. Washed and cleaned with no issues. We visited this area at least twice a year. It is a 1000-mi drive one-way for us. I bought their wash books for the value. Took both my 220,000 and 12,000-mile vehicles through Eclipse and both came out great. They don't use manual brushes at the entrance, which I prefer that they do not, and the automatic brushes are self-cleaning. Highly recommended car wash for those that have to wash their vehicles often.

I don’t particularly care for this location. The one in Godfrey is much better, and the whole process just seems to go smoother there. Rude male employee inside the car wash when you first enter the garage. Washed OK. Also one more thing, the layout is a little confusing, I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance to where the vacuums are. Once you miss that small entrance, you have to go through the process again, which is a pain.

Car wash ripped entire roof moulding off the top of my car - 2 clips to reattach it subsequently went missing. One of the workers said “you probably didn’t have the clips on there to begin with which is why it got ripped off”. I have a 2 year old car that I bought new and has had no work done yet they automatically blamed me? Avoid this place.

Great car wash with monthly memberships available. If you only use it 2x's a month, you have already saved money. Vacuums work wonderful. Reason for 4 stars...sometimes I still have water spots & tires are not always the same shine.
