Plaza Tire Service

Brought a tire in for a flat repair very good customer service they got it taken care of very quickly and done the job correctly at a very reasonable price. Great team to work with up there. Great guys at the counter would recommend for all your Tire needs and service.

I am not from the area and was in desperate need of an oil change. I have not had great experience with other centers, so I am very cautious. After reading the reviews from prior customers, I decided to make the 40 mile drive to get my oil change. Nathan checked me in and also cashed me out. He was very kind, yet very professional. The service was quick, yet they did a thorough inspection. I am very pleased with the mechanics and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you, Nathan! I will return for the next oil change (on time)!

Waited 10 minutes at front counter while prior customers info was being entered. OK. No problem. Second front desk person comes in and 1st one ask to figure out a possible sale for customer not present at the time while still not waiting on me. So I finally get waited on by second counter person. I walk to Chil-fila and get breakfast. I come back and my car is sitting in the shop and 5 techs are walking around some even by the car. After 5 minutes with nothing happening I go up to counter and inquire. The car was done and left sitting in the bay (inaccessible to me) while I had to wait twiddling my thumbs. Service in the past was good. Present it is poor. Ill be buying my next set of tires somewhere else and my truck tires too. BAD SERVIVE.

Employees and management at this shop are top shelf! I brought my car here for an oil change and a few other things and received top notch service very quickly. They are honest and knowledgeable. They are way better priced than the dealership, and better service! I am bringing ALL of my families cars here from now on for any service needs. Please try them out if you haven’t already…you won’t be disappointed!!!

Thank god for these guys! I kept failing the emissions test. Took my car all over for help spent entirely too much money. I got quoted $2000 at the dealership and these guys went above and beyond to help me pass the emissions test AND give me better pricing on the repairs. Truly grateful for the peace of mind they have given me
