I highly recommend Marks muffler! I drive an old car that had an exhaust leak and they were able to squeeze me in before the New Year and get the job done in a few hours. We had taken the same car here about 10 years ago for a similar repair and I was shocked to find the price hadn’t changed at all! One of the only times I’ve been charged LESS than what was initially quoted. Big thank you to their team!

Marks Muffler is the absolute best. If you have issues getting through the phone, just know they are slammed (which is a good thing). Angie took my first call and was an absolute amazing woman. I am very ignorant when it comes to car information and she assured me that this place will educate me… and they have!! I felt very embarrassed about the state my car was in and Marty told me what needs fixed in a kind, but tough love way that a parent would tell their kid. Marty took the time to show me how to check my oil, coolant, brake fluid, and was so very helpful. I’m a college student and they worked with my tight schedule. I was driving to Edwardsville from Greenville today via Rte 140 and just before I got to Hamel my Ford Focus started making a scary sound like something was dragging the ground on the right front end. I stopped at Alhambra to look underneath but didn't see anything so I went on, but by the time I got to Edwardsville, the sound was loud and scary enough that I knew I needed professional help. Lo and behold, there was the sign reading "Mark's Muffler & Auto Repair", so I pulled in and explained my dilemma. They were so kind and helpful!!! I had a great experience at Mark Muffler and Auto Repair! My car’s engine light came on, so I took my car there for an inspection. Mark was incredibly kind and helpful. He checked my car thoroughly and didn’t charge me anything for the inspection. Even though our English isn’t very good, he was very patient and took the time to explain how the engine works in detail. His professionalism and kindness made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend here to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!

We took my wife's 2020 Ford Explorer in to Mark Muffler and Auto Repair on a Friday evening just after closing time. The car had a separated exhaust pipe which had allowed it to drag the road and do further damage to the exhaust system. I stopped in the shop at opening time on Monday and explained the issue to Mark. He said "We'll get you put back together and call you when it's finished." And he did. He called around 1:30 that afternoon and told me it was ready to be picked up. Great guy, great work and a surprisingly reasonable price. I can't say enough good about the level of service and overall experience.
