Years ago while watching an episode of Channel 5’s Chronicle, I first learned of Eco Auto and their mission to increase EVs to the masses (Drive Green & Save Green is their motto). And that’s exactly what I experienced: found a pre-owned EV & saved money in the process! Using data and reviews from CarGurus and Consumer Reports, I winnowed down the selection to replace my 2017 Bolt and found a more perfect replacement EV at Eco Auto. I’m now proud owner of a 2023 Genesis GV60. I cannot thank enough Jean & Elmo for showing me the car multiple times for test drives. I never felt any sales pressure besides a friendly follow up a day or two after our first meeting. We stayed in touch for weeks. Great company, they gave me a really fair price on my Model Y, it was my first time getting an EV and they answered all of my questions throughout the process. Chris, Al, Manny and everyone else was very helpful throughout the whole thing. It took a little bit longer than usual to get the car but the team at Eco Auto did everything they promised. I went in to Eco Auto yesterday and I was so happy with the customer service and the entire car purchase process. I walked in and was greeted by Karim. He gave us an entire tour of the dealership. He explained what they do in their service area, and how the do it. I came in knowing what car I was looking for, so I didn’t care much for looking at the other vehicles. I took the Tesla for a drive and was very happy with the condition of the car. Karim was upfront from the beginning and explained that they do have a 3 week turnaround time to pick up the car. Purchased a used 2023 EV here, but the delivery time took much longer than anticipated. While the car was fine, a primary part of what led me to be comfortable purchasing at the time I did was whether or not I qualified for the 2025 tax rebates before they expired. I asked multiple employees a dozen times if I qualified, as it was a primary consideration in my purchase, and they reassured me over and over that it was all correct and I would qualify. What do you know, as I file my taxes for 2025, my purchase doesn't qualify for either federal or state rebates, and I'm on the hook for the full price. I guess that is on me for trusting someone incentivized to sell me something. Never trust a used car salesman...

Went with my son for him to buy a Volkswagen id4. Could not have been treated any better, the sales staff Chris, Gene, Karim were exceptional. I have bought numerous cars through out my life and these people were fantastic. My son was shown various models and the sales staff which works as a team was highly knowledgeable.
