Mark and his team have been nothing but wonderful! My Jeep broke down unexpectedly and I was able to have a car delivered to me by the next day and get everything situated. There was a bit of a hiccup but there was no hesitation from Mark or his team to help me get that figured out and situated and even provided me with a loaner car while the issue was resolved. Thank you for the A+ service!

I was in the market for a new Honda Passport and spoke with Phil Curran , Sales consultant at Ecodrive Honda. Phil is an excellent salesman. None of the typical drama most experience at the dealership. Transparent with prices (trade & new vehicle),respectful of my time and a true pleasure to work with . Even though I didn't purchase from the dealership, due to logistics only , I needed to comment about Phil's and the dealerships professionalism , a real pleasure to have met them and I look forward to the future , when the trading starts again . This use to be good dealership, not anymore. My vehicle had an issue that was under warranty and one that was not. When the parts came in I left the vehicle. The maintenance department said it would take all day. Seven days later they said it was done. I asked about the non-warranty issue and they had forgotten to address it. It took them two days to adjust the parking brake. Meanwhile I had to leave town and Berlin City said we will “deliver your car to your house while you’re gone”. Great! The delivery driver left my passenger window open and it rained in my vehicle! Of course it was a weekend when I returned home to this and the maintenance department is not available. I had a good experience ... everyone was nice, service was fast, my car seems good, .. I would absolutely return for future visits. The best part is that they have an automatic scheduling program that you can call in and use; the service department was closed Saturday and I really needed an appointment and it worked really well! Unfortunately while waiting for my car, they play continuous dance music and the news ... Even outside there's music ... They need a quiet place.
