We scheduled with short notice by text on a Saturday afternoon for a possible wheel bearing issue on Monday at 0900 with no problem. VIP staff were quick to diagnose the rear wheel bearing needed replacement in both front should be replaced. I authorize all the repairs and they got it done within 4 1/2 hours. Extremely pleased of the service and friendliness of the staff.

I showed up at VIP Tires & Service in Gorham this morning without an appointment. I explained the problem I was having with my headlights. A young man named Ryan looked at my car and said that I should talk to Matt. Matt checked out my headlights, made a few recommendations, then told me he could get the parts while I waited. He offered me some coffee, which I gladly accepted. Before the coffee was cool enough to drink my headlights were fixed and I was on my way. It was an excellent experience, especially with such pleasant and knowledgeable young men to help. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who asks.

Quick service at good price. I had a set of new tires for my atv that needed to be mounted. Dropped them off and they were ready in a couple of hours. Everyone was great! Highly recommend VIP in Gorham, NH!

What a great find! I traveled approx 45 miles from home to the VIP in Gorham NH and simply put it was time and money well spent. I selected the store because of the great prices and selection of tires. It is for this reason AND great customer service that I will return again and again. I appreciated the pressure free front desk technicians. They were informative, attentive, and courteous. When a minor glitch arose with the installed tires they instantly made it right. Outstanding. Paul from the VIP tire center in Gorham is one of the best in the business that I’ve seen. I brought my sled to him last minute for a roller job and he got me back on the trail same day. Not only did he take great care of me, but I am new to the sport and he was extremely patient and polite. He even had an extra part in stock that I needed. I couldn’t ask for a better experience from him and his team. Safe to say I’ve found my new sled tech for life. Thanks, Paul
