Economy RVs

We had an amazing experience from the RV show, down to purchase 2 months later! It took us 6 weeks to work through a loan on our end as we weren’t doing a regular finance. They worked with us through the whole process. We came down (3hrs)in that waiting period for a thorough walk through and understanding, which was great! Today we’re heading home with our new camper! Would definitely recommend! Thanks team!!

Took my RV because my son had 2 issues. We had them weatherize it. They called giving us the impression something was wrong with the roof. WRONG! They just wanted $$$ by putting on a sealer which could have waited or we could have done it ourself. My husband always put sealant on his dad’s camper before he passed. They put the keys IN the sink then locked it. I had to climb under the bed, push it up to gain entry to my camper. I had guests coming for thanksgiving and were going to sleep there. I guess I’d of have to wait 5 days to find out where’s my keys!

We would highly recommend Economy RV. They worked with us over the phone, provided us with a much better deal than the 2 other dealerships we were talking to, work hard to fit our delivery and 5th wheel hitch install in FAST due to a tight schedule on our part. Dawn communicate well and work hard to get our numbers where we needed them. I can’t recall his name, but the retired military man who worked our finance was great. Brooke was fabulous when she did our walk through! All and all, this is our fifth RV purchase and I think it was the best experience so far.

My husband and I recently purchased an RV. James was nothing but understanding and patient with showing my husband and I multiple travel trailers which fit our families requirements/needs. Cindy was also very kind and patient in the application process. Brooke did our travel trailer walk through and was very knowledgable about all the features - we are amateurs with the RV game so she really did an exceptional job in addressing our RV101 questions. Thank you to everyone at Economy RVs who made this purchase 100 times better!

I received excellent customer service today at Economy RV! It was my first visit and I was greeted very warmly. I was directed to check in with Vicki and she was great! I was early for my appointment but she took me right away. Vicki handed me over to Vic who immediately checked out my problem/complaint, diagnosed the problem, and solved it within a few minutes! It turned out to be a simple fix but I so appreciate his help. I’ve been a family doctor for 35 years and I have always done my best to help my patients solve medical problems. It just felt good when I received the help today that I needed to solve my problem. I highly recommend Economy RV and I will be back!!
