Great deal. I went in because I saw a Jeep gladiator on the web site, and I wanted to test drive it. I ended up driving and purchasing a different gladiator (red one) that I traded my Tacoma on, and the deal was great. After sale support has been awesome. I will not hesitate to make another deal here and recommend them to friends.

I bought a 2024 Dodge Ram 1500 on Jan 26 2026. It had 62142 miles on it. At 62136, o November 28 2025, there was a 150 point inspection, which included an oil change and filter. Now it has 63966 miles, on February 11, 2026, and I’m getting alerts that the oil needs to be changed. I would like clarification if the oil was changed and why I’m getting alerts for an oil change after only 1830 miles of driving.

No sense of morality in this dealership in regards to anything actually. No answers just runarounds so you get tired and don’t keep calling. No accountability for their action even as they put people in danger by refusing to fix a recall or saying they did to have the car repeat the problems. The ceo and the manager are even worse than the rude out of touch people that work there. Another dying company painfully causing harm to customers that keep them afloat. No direction . Nothing but failures and deceit

***Update DEC 04 2024*** For now the issue is rectified. Richie, Maurice and the GM Daniel made sure the error was fixed properly, at least for now. Future engine issues only time will tell which is why I changed it to only 4 stars from 1 star. As far as the O-Ring being defective that’s borderline still questionable given all the QA/QC manufacturing lines go through to include lasers and AI now, but they did made good at address everything and were personable and helpful and went the extra mile too, so fingers crossed there was no engine damage and future issues are taken care of properly with this dealership. ———BREAK——— Issue on DEC 03 2024 They completely do not know how to do an oil change. 5-star service from Jorge Rodriguez (service drive manager). I felt a slight pull to the left front, so I took my 2022 Ram 3500 dually in for an alignment. After an alignment tech took a look at my truck and even a test drive Jorge went over the stat sheet with me step by step. Each step of the stat sheet showing my alignment numbers were within the threshold limits. and advising the front-end was near perfect and tire showed no unusual wear. I left the dealership feeling confident my truck was in good shape and was relieved there was nothing major causing the slight pull. Thank you, Jorge, for your diligence!
