Derek and Bob at the collision center took great care of my Toyata 4-Runner from start to finish and ansewered all my questions. Ed Morse Collision Center has great customer service with fair prices. They aim to please.

Absolutely amazing people and quality of work. Bob was a saint and got my vehicle in almost a full week ahead of schedule. Bob explained the whole situation with my vehicle and explained in great detail my options if my vehicle needed to be recalibrated. Thankfully it didn't and my issue was resolved from start to finish within an hour. I will highly recommend coming to Ed Morse Collison to anyone with vehicle problems!

Joey has to be the worst manager for someone “that has been doing this for over 20 years”. If someone brings something back and would like it fixed you do NOT tell them “I will sand your car down but if I find any mud I won’t touch it”. Also do not approve of using your hand to wipe the dirt away even though that area needs to be sanded you should still use a tack cloth to remove dirt and debris from the paint. As a body man you should have offered to mil test the paint or examined the area effectively. I was able to find and now going to repair the proper way that should have been offered to me. Horrible morals and even worst customer service when someone else called you wanted to cut them off and over spoke them. I truly hope that one day the company will see that you are not an asset w

I took my Honda Civic which was a 2020 there in October. It hasn’t even been 12 months. The paint on the hood is already chipped. The hood itself is barely hanging on. The screws are missing nuts. I would never take my car there ever again and I would advise people to look somewhere else when it comes to getting her car fixed horrible experience I will never do this again.
