Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Todd did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me not only with my oil change, and some other replacements needed but answered some questions I had regarding some others issues with my vehicles. Top notch service!

Prices went up after they sold, which is annoying but expected. I guess I had a rear main leak they didn't mention, I don't even know what that means. Price was up by like 7 dollars from last time and that's with their 25/15 off coupon. I also don't know what the extra oil charge is, he explained on the phone what a quart of oil was (5.0) and then the additional .9 would have its own cost afterwards so probably that. I kinda feel like that should have been in the original 99 with the way the bill is ordered. They were nice though, kinda sad Maxine and the crew are mostly gone, but it's to be expected once the building sold.

Fantastic customer service!! Chris and John were kind and respectful, and communicated each step of my oil change, showing me the filters and asking me if I thought they needed to be changed. They explained the cost involved, and made recommendations, but included me, and I appreciated that. Chris also offered a teacher discount when it came time to pay, even though I wasn't aware they had one. Definitely professional and courteous, and I will return.

This is the best place to get an oil change. Lived in St. Louis and Minneapolis, and I haven’t found a crew of nicer more knowledgeable mechanics! Always stop by here when I visit my family in town!
