My wife and I had a two hour travel to meet Mr. Keen. He accommodated us and our needs both in person and over the phone prior to our meeting. I feel that we settled on a price that was fair for both parties. The vehicle was very clean and the paperwork process was surprisingly pleasant. I give it to the man, he knows how to have a friendly conversation. Mr. Keen went the extra mile by giving us advice on the different types of warranties our bank was offering and telling us about a tax break that we can take advantage of due to selling our prior vehicle. I am weary of dealerships due to a prior bad experience. Thanks to Brian Keen, my opinion has since changed. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone. I was looking online for a truck for a while. I met and talked with a lot of different lot owners and salespeople and I test drove a lot of trucks. My search for a truck brought me to Brian at Keen Motors and, like I'd done many times before at the other car lots and dealerships, I explained what I was looking for. Brian at Keen Motors was different,.. he was up front, open and honest, and he didn't try to baffle me with a bunch of BS! He sells quality vehicles and cares about his customers.
